I'm thinking about heading out on an Ensign tonight for a quick little sail at MCSC at around 5? I don't have much time as the wife needs relief from the screaming baby, but I want to get out for an hour or so tonight...

I wave at everyone floating anyway.

I'll try to look you up when I get in. I'm volunteering with the beginner class tonight, so I lined up a 3:30-4:00 sail time. You can look at the checkout sheet and find out what boat I'm in.

I'll be the one with a hat, PFD and big grin.

Note I may have screwed up, but I added a dock rat/pick up page down low on the board yesterday. Delete if you prefer.

That's probably a better place for it.. especially considering this is actually at MCSC. I was questioning where to put it as "seeking crew" is further down. The chatter section seems to be where the action is

Well, it worked, didn't it? Almost missed it, but I've word that a good sized dock rat showed yesterday afternoon, lazed about in the sun, bold as brass...

What happened to your mast? When I left you Thursday, wind/weather were saying it couldn't go up Saturday. When I got down yesterday it had levitated. . .

Guy,

Woke up the next morning, had a little time (due to some family stuff), so I stopped down and stepped it solo. Couldn't resist, as it was sunny, lovely, and light air. Slower than normal due to winter rust, but once I started hauling back on the spinnaker halyard, she was positioned in about 60-90 seconds, as I was hoisting her between a lull rather quickly. ~Gary
