OK, if this is too "commercial" for this list PLEASE remove it, but I thought some of you might like to see this.

As some of you know I design and make furniture for a "living" (times are tough these days for self employed artists/ craftspeople). My latest design is a chair that is very much inspired by my boat building work. Here's a link to my blog post about this chair http://bit.ly/aeZnQg .

The back is wedged in between the notches on the back legs and a stainless steel tube that runs between the 2 back legs. It is very secure, yet the back may be easily removed for easy shipping and storage, no tools needed.

I am a hobby woodworker. My talent level is similar to that of my sailing, not much, but lots of effort. I'm also artistically challenged.

That said, I'm pretty darn good at appreciating TALENT.

Damn those chairs are COOL.
