I'm looking to have a solar protector put on my genoa. Anyone know of a local sailmaker?

Chris, there's a nice one just west of us a couple of miles on I-94. Nice loft. Unfortunately, the name eludes me at the moment... I'll have to go read their name off my genoa! Give me a call tonight and I'll let you know. Should be able to give you their phone number, too. Was it North Sails?

You're just looking to have the sacrificial canvas stitched onto your foot and leech, correct?

Don't know how new... but I visited them about 5 years ago, pretty nice loft. I think they've been around a couple of decades.

Oh, no! I am utterly DEVASTATED!!!!

Came on to check Guy's latest post to this thread, only to see someone got mad at me and 'swiped' away a Karma point!

Oh, the shame! How can I ever publicly live this down!!!!

That's IT!! None of you 'mean people' can ever sail in my boat again, unless I say you can... and you've all got open invitations, lol's!

Well, since they mean nothing at all... I've decided to 'share' my lost Karma with everyone in hopes of pacifying s/he who's mad at me (I'm that sorry for whatever it was that I have done!).
