I added a chat room. I'm not sure that the site needs another form of communication, but it's something to mess around with. Let me know what you guys think. It's the bottom main menu item. If it's something we find useful I'll keep it around.. otherwise.. it is a forum after all and chatting is what we essentially do.

Just checked it, believe it'll be pretty cool in the sense can flip to it for rapid back and forth, rather than 'PM' back and forth. QUESTION: the starboard side column depicts a human icon, and my name while I am there. Does this mean that I can, at a glance, see who, if anyone, is present in the 'chat room'? Example, Chris, were you and I present, would I see both our names? And then Guy's name would appear if he entered, etc?

Is the chat not working or is it just me? I try to enter and it says Chat loading, then just sits and waits. I tried with Firefox and with IE.

Hmmm -- gary and I were able to get in there and chat.. Wonder why it's not working. Do you have javascript enabled? Are you accessing from work? It's possible that your employers have some things disabled for security's sake...

Pablo, I just cheked into it again @ 11:22AM, this Monday morning. Seems to work fine. Maybe something at your end, as Chris suggests?

This chat window seems a little more usable... The colors are ugly and it really junks up the sidebar, but you don't have to go to the actual chat screen... you just message and whomever is on sees it. Tell me what you guys think..

Hmm... I can't get in. I see you're present, Chris... how do I access it now? The other way seemed OK to me... any way the 'new' thing will just show names of those IN the chat room?
