There's a number of ways to do it. The way I've recommended is to setup a picasa gallery through google. The "New Photo Gallery" isn't as robust as I'd originally hoped, but then again I haven't spent a ton of time on it. Once you setup a picasa gallery, send me the album you want to share along with your google userid (not the password, just the id) and I can add it to the gallery. This way you control what images are shown and this site is just a portal to all of our members galleries.
You can also just add threads in the sailing photos category. You can either upload them to the site or embed them from anywhere else on the Internet using the <img> tags you'll see on the toolbar here.
